KX-99 ARC Spraying cored wire


Coating Types: High hardness and high wear-resistant amorphous coating


Main Chemical Components: Fe17Cr5NiB


Adhesion Strength (Map): > 50 Mpa.


Abrasive wear resistance: Excellent.


Corrosion Resistance: Excellent


Oxidation Resistance: Excellent


Thermal shock Resistance: GOOD


Relative wear resistant (20G): > 20


Coating microhardness (HV 0.1): > 1296


Coating hardness (HRC): > 60


Coating performance: High hardness, high wear resistance,


the coating containing lots of amorphous microcrystalline and nano-crystalline.


Typical application: High wear resistance. Preventing four tubes explosion of boiler. Circulation fluidized bed heating surface. Soot blowing port, fan blade. Converter hood & converter flue.
